GHARDAIA – Minister of Youth and Sports Sid-Ali Khaldi on Sunday in Ghardaïa, said that the National Youth Plan is part of an approach aiming at promoting the “principle of the equality of chances” for all youth in all the regions of the country.

Illiteracy rate drops to 8,71 % in Algeria

ALGIERS- The illiteracy rate in Algeria has dropped to 8.71 according to the latest figures of the National Office for Literacy and Adult Education (ONAEA), which said that Algeria is working "relentlessly" to continue the fight against this scourge in order to build a "more sustainable" society.
ALGIERS- Nine people were killed and 508 others were injured in traffic accidents across the national territory in the last 48 hours, the Civil Protection said in a report.
