ALGIERS- An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale hit Monday at 1:11 p.m. the province of M'sila (248-km southeast of Algiers), said the National Centre for Research in Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG) in a communiqué.
