ALGIERS – The Bill defining the general rules of Post and electronic communications has been adopted Thursday by the members of the Council of Nation, during a plenary session chaired by Chairman Abdelkader Bensalah, in the presence of Minister of Post, Telecommunications, Technologies and Digital Technologies Imane Houda Faraoun.
