ALGIERS- Secretary General of National Democratic Rally (RND) Abdelkader Bensalah said on Thursday in Algiers the program of Abdelaziz Bouteflika, candidate for the presidential election scheduled for next 17 April, is "rich, realistic and in line with the current and future requirements."
"We will start an electoral campaign during which we will defend our candidate (Bouteflika) together," Bensalah stressed in an address to the party's young activists.
"We will present to the Algerian people the precedent terms' achievements and the program of the new mandate," Bensalah added.
According to RND's Secretary General, candidate Bouteflika's program is "rich, realistic and in line with the current and future requirements."
"We will not make false promises," Bensalah affirmed while presenting Bouteflika's program, adding that "we will define positions and visions."
Besides, we will not promise paradise as some do as we know Algerian people cannot be deceived by unrealistic promises even on other planets," he added.
Bensalah called on RND activists, especially young people, to meet all categories of society nationwide through an outreach work and a presence on social networks and television.
