ALGIERS – National hydrocarbon group Sonatrach has experienced a significant income shortfall worth $10 billion until end September 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. The shortfall caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, led to a 41% decline in the Group’s exporting turnover, it said in a release.

ALGIERS-Sonatrach Group has launched an experimental research project for the purification of industrial wastewater by solar energy in coordination with the Center for the Development of Renewable Energy (CDER), the group announced Wednesday in a communiqué.
