ALGIERS – Energy Minister Abdelmadjid Attar will participate in the 20th meeting of the Joint OPEC and non-OPEC Monitoring Committee (JMMC) which examine the situation of the international oil market and its short and medium term prospects for development, said a ministry statement on Tuesday.
