ALGIERS- Wearing face masks is the "only barrier measure" that will allow us to lift lockdown restrictions and reduce significantly the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, the minister of Health, Population and Hospital Reform, Abderrahmane Benbouzid, said Wednesday in Algiers.
