ALGIERS – Minister of Finances Mohamed Loukal on Tuesday presented before the People’s National Assembly (APN-Lower House), the bill modifying and completing the organic law 18-15 on Finance Laws, which provides for the separation of the fiscal regime of the hydrocarbon sector.
