ALGIERS – Finance Minister Mohamed Loukal on Monday presented the 2020 Finance Bill (PLF) to the National Council's Committee on Economic and Financial Affairs during a session chaired by Abdelkrim Mebarkia, the Committee’s Vice President.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Relations with Parliament, Fethi Khouil.

ALGIERS-Minister of Environment and Renewable Energy, Fatima Zohra Zerouati, said Thursday in Algiers the proposal to increase the pollution tax provided for in the Finance Bill 2020 would preserve the environment and guarantee citizens their right to a healthy and safe environment.
