GUELMA- Sixty percent of renewable energy should be directed to agriculture, according to a study carried out by the Ministry of Environment and Renewable Energy and foreign experts on the needs of provinces, said Monday in Guelma (537-km east of Algiers) the sector's minister Fatma-Zohra Zerouati.
