TIPASA – A total of 138,000 housing units have been delivered nationwide over the past three months, Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City Abdelwahid Temmar said Saturday in Tipasa (70-km west of Algiers), deploring however the delay in the delivery of 185,000 others due to non-completion of works on outdoor spaces.
