CONSTANTINE (Algeria)- The 8th International Inshad (Muslim religious chants) Festival of Constantine will open Thursday at Mohamed Taher Fergani Regional Theatre, with the participation, for the first time ever, of an African country, namely Senegal, the festival's curator Samir Louahlouah said Tuesday.
