Algiers Metro's Martyrs Square station: Archaeological remains tracing over 2000 years of history

ALGIERS- Algiers Metro station of Martyrs Square, inaugurated Monday by President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, and which represents an extension of the underground line stretching to the station of Ain Naadja, is an open-air museum containing archaeological remains tracing more than 2000 years of history.
