ALGIERS-The Government on Wednesday held a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Noureddine Bedoui to hear and discuss two presentations on the return to  work, school and university, as well as the measures to reduce the balance of payments deficit in order to preserve the country's foreign exchange reserves, the Prime Ministry's Office said in a communiqué.
