ALGIERS- The National Liberation Front (FLN) won 164 seats at the new People's National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament), followed by the National Democratic Rally (RND) which obtained 97 seats, and MSP-FC alliance 33 seats. Here are the provisional results as provided by Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Noureddine Bedoui:
ALGIERS- Consultation meetings with the High Independent Authority for Election Monitoring (HIISE) would be held after the legislative elections to examine the electoral system, announced Friday Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Noureddine Bedoui.
ALGIERS- The terrorist eliminated by a detachment of the People's National Army, at Djebel Seddat (mountain) in Jijel (359-km east of Algiers) on Thursday, has been identified as S. Lakhmissi, alias Abou El Abbes, said Friday the Ministry of National Defence in a statement.
ALGIERS- Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Noureddine Bedoui said Friday in Algiers that the door of the High Independent Authority for Election Monitoring (HIISE) is open to receive the complaints relating the legislative elections of May 4.

ALGIERS- National voter turnout at the legislative elections stands at 38.25%, according to the early results announced Friday by Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Nourredine Bedoui.

ALGIERS- The National Liberation Front party (FLN) has won, as part of the legislative elections of 4 May 2017, a total of 164 seats, followed by the National Democratic Rally (RND) with 97 seats, while MSP-FC Alliance ranks third with 33 seats, according to the provisional announced Friday by Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Nourredine Bedoui.

ALGIERS- The national voter turnout in the legislative elections reached 38.25%, according to the provisional results announced Friday by Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Nourredine Bedoui.
ALGIERS- The 34 cases of violations, which were recorded during the legislative elections, were submitted to the public prosecutors for inquiry, announced Thursday the head of the High Independent Authority for Election Monitoring (HIISE) Abdelouahab Derbal.

ALGIERS- Voter turnout in the legislative elections at the close of the polls Thursday at 8.00 p.m. will be announced in a press conference that will be led Friday, in Algiers, by Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Noureddine Bedoui.
