ALGIERS- Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra and the Ethiopian minister of Foreign Affairs Workneh Gebeyehu officially inaugurated, Thursday, the headquarters of the embassy of Ethiopia in Algeria.
