ALGIERS- The president of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika designated the Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Upper House of Parliament) Abdelkader Bensalah to represent him at the Arab-Muslim Countries Summit which will be held Sunday, in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) said Saturday, the presidency of the Republic in a communiqué.
