TESSALIT (Mali)- Prime Minister Soumeylou Boubeye Maiga of Mali started Friday a visit to the northern city of Kidal, as part of a trip to the country's north and centre to give a new impetus to the agreement on peace and reconciliation in Mali, which emanated from Algiers process.
