ALGIERS – The amended Constitution "will complete the process of building a national State," Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad said Tuesday in Algiers, voicing his confidence that the Algerian people "will endorse this draft amendment which,” according to him, “responds to their aspirations."

ALGIERS- The officials holding meetings and activities as part of the campaign on the draft amendment to the Constitution, which will be put to a referendum on November 1, insisted on Monday, two days before the end of this campaign, on massive turnout, affirming that the future Constitution will lay the foundations of the new Algeria and will promote its political, economic and social renewal.
