ALGIERS- The head of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE), Mohamed Charfi, said Wednesday in Algiers that his body's contributions to the constitutional amendment will result in practical proposals leading to a "harmonious" Constitution.
ALGIERS- The draft revision of the constitution, unveiled last Thursday by the presidency of the Republic, proposes the constitutionalization of the National Independent Authority for Elections and specifies its tasks.
