ALGIERS- The newly elected President of the Republic Abdelamdjid Tebboune, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, called on Friday the actors of the popular movement (Hirak) to "a serious dialogue" for the interest of Algeria, while committing himself to carry out a "profound reform" of the Constitution by involving the various actors concerned.
