ALGIERS- Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad said Sunday "Algeria will continue, over the coming weeks, to receive medical equipment to face the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)."

ALGIERS-The measure of partial lockdown will be broadened to all provinces of the country except the province of Blida (total lockdown), while the hourly volume of partial lockdown will be extended from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. for other nine provinces from tomorrow Sunday, the Prime Minister's office announced in a statement.

ALGIERS-A total of 139 confirmed new cases of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and 25 new deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 986 and that of deaths to 83, said Thursday, in Algiers, the spokesman of the scientific committee in charge of monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus pandemic Professor Djamel Fourar.

BLIDA (Algeria)- Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad said Monday in Blida (50-km southwest of Algiers) that the State will not abandon any Algerian family, wherever it is, in this health crisis shaking the country due to the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).
