ALGIERS- Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad, in an instruction issued on Sunday, urged members of the Government and Governors (walis ) to provide "the best conditions for the supervision and management of donations," given individuals and economic operators both inside the country and abroad to fight the spread of coronavirus.
