AWO HIGH COUNCIL IN ALGIERS

ALGIERS - President Abdelaziz Bouteflika said Wednesday in Algiers that Algeria placed the rights of women at the center of the national concerns and policies by incorporating into the Constitution a new provision encouraging the state to promote the political rights for women.
