ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika said Sunday that the revenues resulting from the hydrocarbons contribute to the financing of the National large achievement, underlying that Algeria managed to forge "highly" advantageous partnerships with foreign companies, without undermining the national sovereignty on its natural resources.
