ANDI approves a project of $400mn for a cement plant in Biskra
ALGIERS- The National Agency for Investment Development (Andi) and the Society of aggregates and building materials (Sagremac) have signed an investment agreement for the construction of a cement plant in Biskra, up to DZD 29.6 billion ($400 million), ANDI said Wednesday.
