ALGIERS- One hundred sixty-eight (168) athletes in 16 sports will represent Algeria at 2013 Mediterranean Games of Mersin in Turkey from June 20 to 30, the head of Algerian delegation Ahmed Chebaraka announced.

RABAT (Morocco)- Algerian basketball team (U16) will participate in the Afrobasket Men U16 to take place as from June 27 to July 8 in Madagascar, to represent the zone 1 (Maghreb) along with Morocco and Tunisia, the Algerian sporting delegation told APS in Rabat (Morocco) where it participated from June 5 to 10 in a preparation tournament to this competition.
